Hi, I'm Sarah, a Kansas native, current Wyoming resident, and owner of TEAMmeals!  TEAMmeals is a local freezer meal company, catering to families of 2-20.  There are plenty of meal service companies out there, but what makes ours different from others is that we use the best ingredients, make mostly everything from scratch, healthy, very affordable, and cater to the average busy American household.  We have a set menu, where you choose what meals work for your family.  You place your order, we cook, you pickup (option for delivery) and freeze.- we do have a 3 day minimum turnaround for all orders.  The idea behind freezer meals is that you will always have meals ready for your family.  On those busy nights or weekends full of activities, all you need to do is pull out your freezer meal, defrost, heat up, and eat!  TEAMmeals is perfect for your busy family, so you don't have to worry about doing it all!
